About Axilon

Axilon is building the AI operating system for industrial environments. Our mission is to shepherd the world’s most important industrial companies toward lights-out factories, where agents perform most critical operational knowledge work and eventually serve as the central coordination mechanism for humans and robots at the execution layer. Most of the hard technical problems we solve are at the context layer—namely, contextualizing raw industrial data at scale so LLMs can deliver accurate, reliable insights, optimizations, and predictions in real time.

We are backed by leading investors like Spark Capital and BoxGroup, as well as strategics like RTX Ventures and SE Ventures, and we are actively deploying our platform within large industrial companies across defense, oil and gas, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and more.

The role

You’ll be one of our first business hires, building the commercial engine from the ground up alongside the founders as we bring Prophet to the largest industrial companies in the world.

What you'll do

• Build pipeline across industrial verticals, from first outreach to pilot to signed contract
• Work with customers to understand their core pain points, shape what each pilot and deployment should look like, and fit the platform to their needs
• Travel to meet customers in person, both current users and prospects, and translate what you learn into engineering requirements
• Shape how we position Prophet to plant, IT, and executive buyers
• Help set up and scale our revenue operations systems and our marketing and outreach engines

What we're looking for

• A few years in sales, strategy, consulting, operations, or at a startup. Scrappy beats tenured
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Curious about how plants work. No engineering background needed
• You own outcomes and use AI tools to move faster
