Axilon is building the AI operating system for industrial environments. Our mission is to shepherd the world’s most important industrial companies toward lights-out factories, where agents perform most critical operational knowledge work and eventually serve as the central coordination mechanism for humans and robots at the execution layer. Most of the hard technical problems we solve are at the context layer—namely, contextualizing raw industrial data at scale so LLMs can deliver accurate, reliable insights, optimizations, and predictions in real time.

The role

You’ll join a small, senior team building AI agents that operate real industrial plants, and you’ll be the engineer our customers work with. You will embed with enterprise customers to get Prophet live in their environments, build what they need end to end, and bring what you learn in the field back into the product.

What you'll do

• Embed with customers to onboard their data, run demos and POCs, and get Prophet live in their plants
• Build integrations with SCADA, PLCs, historians, MES, and ERP/CMMS, and tune each deployment to the customer’s workflows
• Design interfaces industrial operators actually use: clean, simple, and focused on what they need
• Run workshops and trainings with customer teams
• Turn field feedback into product improvements

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of full-stack or forward-deployed engineering
• Shipped LLM-powered and backend systems in production
• You turn requirements from plant engineers and operators into technical solutions
• AI tools are core to how you work, and you’re happy to travel to customer sites
• Strong CS foundation (degree or equivalent)
• (Bonus) Large-scale data work: ingest pipelines, graph databases (Neo4j), or RAG over structured data
